allergies and walk-in closets

with spring comes my annual nemesis. allergies. my eyes burn, my throat is sore, my nose runs, even my ears feel a little plugged. it is amazing that little particles, that give butterflies and bees such purpose and bring out such lovely and elusive beings such as hummingbirds could fell me every spring. in fact, it has reached such annoying proportions to endure this every spring for weeks on end i am seriously considering getting allergy shots. but that involves calling the doctors and setting up appointments and the such, which really just doesn’t sound fun at all. not at all.

in happier non-medical news, megs is officially going to michigan state which is FABULOUS! already we are gearing up and looking at places via the internet. i am falling in love with places where we each get our own bathroom and walk in closets. megs is looking more at things like a good location and heated pools. all i have to say is walk-in closets. the problem is that i start reading reviews and i can't tell which people are legitimate and which people have unrealistic expectations. the internet is a marvleous tool but there is just too much information. where is my ideal world where only people with good worthwhile opinions post on apartmentreviews.com? where is it?!?!?!?!

in other news i will be in boston for the month of july, working at the summer camp that my school offers for the incoming fifth and sixth graders. it is exactly the job i wanted, working with merrill and liz , and i get wonderful pay for a job that i want to do. really an ideal situation. i think that i got the postition simply because they know i wanted it and they like me, and not because they need me. which triggers slightly guilty feelings of taking advantage of people, but i am not going to fester on small details and just be happy that i have the job. yay jobs!

all the best of luck to hannah’s liver.
